How it works

  1. Consultation and quote, $100. This covers our time assessing the best build given your needs and budget. You get the full parts list, so you can have us build it or order the parts and build it yourself.
  2. The right parts. Good quality parts from brands we know and trust, well paired so nothing wastes money or creates a bottleneck. As flashy or as down to earth as you prefer. If we build it, you pay cost price for the parts plus labour.
  3. Built and set up. We assemble it with tidy cabling, considered airflow and tuned BIOS settings, then install the latest updates and drivers.
  4. Tested. We run full stress and performance tests before it leaves the workshop.
  5. Data transfer, if you need it. We can move your files, photos and email from your old computer and set up your software and printers.

Running hot, loud or slow? We'll find the fault and fix it, and give it a proper clean-out and health check.

Warranty

Every PC we build comes with our 12 months parts and labour warranty.

On top of that, the parts carry their manufacturers' own warranties, typically 3 to 5 years on the main components. If something goes wrong, you call us and we sort it out with the manufacturer, so you don't have to.
